After much research and foundation work, Contractors Financial Warehouse has developed a product to provide project by project financing for small to medium sized subcontractors. Contractors Financial Warehouse was founded by Lou Heger and Jon Neill with the vision of improving the lives of subcontractors by helping them build stronger businesses.

About the Founders

Lou Heger

Lou Heger, cofounder of Contractors Financial Warehouse, has 25 years of entrepreneurial experience including over six years specifically dedicated to helping contractors work more efficiently. In addition to the preceding 3-1/2 years in the development of CFW, Lou spent another three years assisting contractors to be more productive by providing services to reduce the non-income producing tasks from day-to-day operations so the contractor could focus more time and attention on the income producing activities.

Lou spent another eight years helping contractors as well as other small-to-medium sized businesses and its owners with financial and asset-conservation planning. Lou's experience and desire to help young companies succeed is one of the driving forces within Contractors Financial Warehouse that is sure to make a positive impact within the construction industry.

Jon Neill

Jon Neill, CEO of Contractors Financial Warehouse, is the former Chief Financial Officer of a Top 50 U.S. Bank’s mortgage company (1995-2004). Provident Bank’s growth was fueled by being the first bank in the United States to issue subprime securitizations (1996) and by being the first bank to exit securitization (2001) due to its increasing risk levels. Provident came to be included in the Top 10 U.S. producers in three major mortgage categories: subprime mortgage production, sub-servicing of subprime loans, and financier for correspondent mortgage bankers. Neill also served on the Board of Directors of Home 1-2-3 Corp., a mortgage lending company with Bob Vila as the national spokesperson, as an outside board member. His consumer finance and lending experience is complimented by five years in Research & Development at GE. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and received his master’s degree from Northern Kentucky University, and is a published author in finance and history.
